Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at treasury@treasuryandmore.net. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including fragrance oils and personal care products once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns for custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
